In my opinion Whataburger was a 5 Star before they sold... but are still a solid 4 Star and pretty awesome..

just wanted to give a positive shout out to a gentleman named Matthew that works morning shift, I don't know his position but he had the most humble, positive,prompt service this morning.
Good to see such smiling faces and laughter in facility as I waited for my breakfast.
The whole crew seemed jolly.
Way to go eastchase location..

The location has definitely improved since the last time I visited (July 2023). The managers customer service is exceptional and was quick to fix my order. It was nothing major, just that an extra patty was forgotten to be added to my Whataburger.
I typically order online and will go inside and wait for my order to be called which doesn't take very long but, it is long enough to see how hard the staff works to keep up with the volume this location receives.
The staff work together well and do their best to offer a good experience for customers, most importantly, they work safely (everyone has gloves on, nets for hair, noticeably wearing non-slip shoes, and great food handling practices).
I think other reviews may be a little tone-deaf in their criticisms, this whataburger is a good location, if you do have comments or concerns, this location does listen, and if your order isn't up to your expectations, this location does make an effort to rectify the problem and ensure you leave satisfied.
The Front of House could be better maintained but I was visiting while the store was quite busy so a little mess here or there is obviously anticipated and not a huge deal.
This store is one of the better Whataburger establishments in the Metroplex and if I have a craving for a Patty Melt, I will absolutely go out of my way to stop at this location.

I was ordering to go but decided to eat here, the customer service was outstanding my Cashier Mary was so sweet and helpful with my App and the Manager brought me my order offered me a tray since I decided to stay , highly recommend coming here for fresh hot food and quality customer service 💯🥰♥️

Excellent Service! It’s so nice to encounter courtesy and kindness these days. The crew that was working the lunch shift brought a smile to my face. They genuinely seemed happy to be working with one another. Hats off to the store managers for creating a great team.

What a burger indeed, delicious as always, fries rival the competition that shall not be named.

I've eaten at Whataburger for at least 35 years. Grew up eating the best burgers and fries with awesome classic shakes. This is my go-to burger joint for life!
