Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am updating my review from one star to four. I was craving popcorn shrimp and red beans and rice so I decided to take a chance at the Popeyes again and service was great. The guy was very professional, the woman was very friendly and they were extremely diligent in making sure they had my order correct. Thank you both so much. It’s nice to be able to eat at this location again because it is the closest to my house. Their staff has zero customer service skills and could care less about professionalism. One of the doors is broken and the zip tie they had keeping it open slid so that it locked again. Drive thru out of order so gotta go inside but the door is locked. After I finally got someone to open the door I asked if they knew it was locked and the girl behind the counter with the nose ring said ‘I know’ the other customer commented ‘so you know but you don’t care’ and the dude that was the manager said nothing. I come to this location often and I knew customer service was lacking here but I won’t be back after today.
