Wendy's

Had a couple missing items in my order as well as the quality of the food was very poor. Cold and burnt sausage patties. I addressed the situation and the manager BRELAND was more than helpful to make things right. He remade our food fresh from start to finish and it went from poor to amazing!! Thank you Breland for your great customer service!! We will be back!

Traveling is always an experience in MANY ways. I was craving a Chili and Cheese Baked Potato so we stopped at this Wendy's. As I got out of the car, a gentleman who was sitting in his car yelled out his window" Dining room is closed, not enough staff" so we went through drive through. I specifically ordered chili and cheese baked potato. I looked in the bag quickly as we were in a hurry, the butter and sour cream were there as requested and it LOOKED like they had just added the Chili in the same container as my potato. It wasn't till I got back to the hotel that I realized it was a Bacon and Cheese Baked Potato. Even though it wasn't what I ordered,it was good, the bacon was cooked good and there was a lot of it. I REMEMBER A TIME GROWING UP THAT EVEN THESE TYPES OF JOBS WERE DIFFICULT TO GET AND NOW, NOBODY WANTS TO WORK!!!!! THEY WOULD RATHER STAY HOME AND LIVE OFF THE GOVERNMENT! WE NEED A CHANGE QUICK!

Great clean friendly restaurant by far. Food is fresh and top quality. (At least in my opinion) I did saw my sandwich didn’t have lettuce in it, but when I kept looking at the menu wondering about it, an employee was very friendly and asked if everything was good with my food. I than told her about the lettuce and she pointed at the sign I had looked over at the counter. Love this place 👍🏻
