PLEASE get these kids some help!! Don’t go to thissonic unless you have nothing to do. Waited at the car hop and then moved to the drive-through line only to wait 45 minutes and still have to leave because no one would take your order. Seven cars in line drop down to one and they still wouldn’t take our order. At least five cars drove off waiting for people to come to Take our order. However, they had time to reply to the review right after it was posted. Nice.

I got there at 9am this morning and they forgot to turn on the grill, even though they’ve been open since 7:30. She offered to FRY ME SOMETHING.
Every time I go there, it’s always something. I get the impression no adults work there.

I ordered through the drive thru. Gave my order- sonic burger with cheese no onions and a large shake. She said ok, then she said what did you want again? I replied the same. She read it back to me. I pulled up to the window gave her my debit card. She took it and walked off then came back and handed it to me and then said she forgot to swipe it so I again gave it to her.. She handed me my shake then handed me my "burger". Got home, NO BURGER- they gave me cheese sticks and the incorrect shake! I'll never be back to this sonic and I might just write off the Sonic chain all together.

Everytime I come through it takes 20 for two drinks. They rarely answer the stalls and drive through never moves….. it’s like no one works there but there are clearly employees inside

I just left this sonic a few minutes ago and got home and they gave me some onion rings that were refried and burnt. I specifically asked the young lady if there's onion rings were fresh all she had to do was tell me no than give me this because they don't taste good and went straight in the trash.

The employees this sonic have work really hard, but every time I've gone lately they're terribly understaffed . The food has been straight garbage. The fast food industry needs to start paying better if they want to keep employees, and in turn, keep customers. I'm not coming back.

Stopped in for a quick bite around 9pm. Ordered on the app. We had a Jr. Fritos wrap, it was cold and the chili was all over the wrapper. Had a Sonic burger with bacon added. The bacon was more like a tenderloin, very thick hunk of pork. It tasted a bit off as well and I took it off the burger and threw it away. The soft pretzel was hot fresh and about the only part of the order that was actually good.

Do not order from here! Especially mobile app! Took 20 minutes to come out, after we called in to check. Food was cold and inaccurate! And looked awful! Manager blamed it on training new workers but we were literally the ONLY customers that 20 minutes!
