I've been to this location 3x and today really frustrated me They never have chicken, never fresh, and they make you order your food online for certain things. I drove 21 min to leave today with no chicken cause they only had dark meat. I don't understand how a restaurant that is known for selling fried chicken, don't ever have chicken. Then for them to charge 30.00 for legs only is crazy. I didn't even bother. Between the quality of food the service is always borderline annoyed n confused. Update : Karen made even right after.i reached out to KFC.We wanted to give it another chance so we returned. I got a call from manager. Really sweet n tried to mk it better. Well see how that goes with us returning, but the fact Ms. K IS SUCH A kind n helpful person means alot.

Went in with a friend to get a bite to eat. My order was fine came out like it was supposed to my friends order was not he got original recipe when it's supposed to be crispy chicken. He went back to the counter to try to get it taken care of, which unfortunately took a while because they were all focused on listening to the music that they had going on in the back room. But did finally come out front and remedy the situation. The actual food was very good the service not so much.

There was no one in the lobby so we did not have to wait. Our order was made with accuracy, speed, and love lol The food was Delicious (We had gotten a 12 piece mixed and Our chicken was hot only because We had to wait for it, but our Mac & cheese, Mashed potatoes and coleslaw {All of the side dishes} Tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp for few hours or more it was room temperature at best. All those side dishes must have been leftover from when they opened at 11a.m. and whenever We had arrived it was close to 6:30 p.m. . . . Although Our side dishes were served to us cold it wasn't bad at all. . . . SOOOO. . . Yup. . . There's that. . . . Uh-huh. . . . Yup Yup. . . . This Concludes Our Episode of A Not So Super, Superbowl Experience." Made inside all has-been Kentucky Fried Chickens everywhere

It's close to home & my mom loves their #1; I tell her she's going to turn into a chicken lol. I've never really cared for them but got a free chicken sandwich so that was nice. Some of the staff is kind of dry but overall everyone else is nice. Ask for FRESH chicken because they'll give you the pieces that have been sitting out for forever.
