Mcdonald's

I guess when you put someone in charge that’s not responsible they can decide to close at different times every day. I didn’t know a 24hr drive through closes at 10pm there’s a lot of ppl in the drive through waiting on service. Drove around and saw a hand full of girls on their phones. I tried to go inside and they said they were closed…. Tried to call but their phone wasn’t working. This is stupid…

I stood in front of the register for nearly 5 minutes with nobody else in front of me and not one single employee ever acknowledged that I was there. The restroom was in ⁹ need of attention and care . If you don't mind being ignored and left to wait for an undetermined amount of time than this is the place for you. I would never suggest that you come here during your lunch break or even bring your children for this establishment isn't kid friendly.( I witnessed the young lady at register yell out obscenities after a near slip and fall.)

Well I ordered mobile but when I went through the drive thru mind u it was super long. But I ended paying for strawberry pies that weren't available. Now I have to go back and get my money. Don't get me wrong I love McDonald's I'm not complaining I should have done my part by checking my bag before I pulled off. But I also blame the person who handled my order they saw that I ordered the pies that they didn't have so a refund should have been immediate once they saw this. But it's cool that could never stop my cravings of ol McDonald.

Only one speaker works but they don't close off broken one. We were stuck at the speaker for over 20 couldn't get out of line. No answer when called them. Honestly it was probably the employee turned off their headset, cuz I've seen them do that multiple times at that location. You'll wait 30 min for food with one car in front of you at anytime of day. This place needs new managment bad.

The drive thru women was rude as hell given us our food and it was wrong. Then they never put the stuff you need to eat there food napkins ect..... then when you ask for them they want to give attitude if you could go to the other McDonald's somewhere else please do so this place needs to be shut down and everyone there fired then the general manager think when you bring the food back it was your fault that they messed up your food SMH

There are 2 of these places in the hood, both about a mile apart. Both locations need to be inspected by the board of health and closed down. The owners do not care about customers and that allows the employees not to care due to money and staff issues. Results: we the customer suffer. Drive 15 minutes in any direction and eat there..
