Very happy with my order. Gentleman working the drive thru was very nice and courtesy. Napkins and sauces were given as requested and drink was nice and crisp. Looked like a newly updated Taco Bell and seems to be a wise investment. My visit was during the day.
I work retail and understand what good customer service is. The employees at this location have the most pleasant attitude. They take their time and repeat the order perfectly. I absolutely enjoy hearing someone with such respect at a drive thru. It's unheard of now a days. I have had nothing but perfect service. Thank you!

Very disappointed, 03/30/2018 were in line (drive thru) for 45 minutes, got two cheesy gordita crunch, little meat, no sour cream, and no shredded cheese. Very bad service and quality.
Update: Sarah the store manager gave us excellent customer service when we came to complained.

Annette and another front store employee were very personable and got things done in a very reasonable manner. These days, fast food places are hit and miss but this is a keeper. Whenever I have a craving for Taco Bell, this is where I will go. Thank you Annette for the positive dining experience. Also, it was nice eating in the dining room, despite quaint in size, open for patrons.
Since taco bell went WOKE I had to come here in secret so my wife won't find out I'm eating woke crunch wraps. but her crunch wrap dupe she makes with freedom tortillas and American Angus beef is just not the same. So I may be a guilty socialist for eating it, but damn is it good.
I don’t go here often just for obvious health reasons but always good food. The drive through staff was very patient and efficient with my kinda confusing order. The man at the window specifically was doing really great at handling the line, listening well, and not rushing anyone. Wish I could’ve tipped but had no cash.
