Second time tonight using Uber eats because the first order from another restaurant messed everything up!!! Very fustrating and service was bad! I called this location to double check on them putting all the sauces I asked for , I told them it was a rough night already just to double check the order

The two men working the night shift tonight were very sweet and had positive attitudes. You don’t see that in fast food very often. Let alone on the night shift. :) 10/10 would recommend

The young man working the counter today at 1 p.m., I believe his name was Javon - that's what was on the receipt - was very positive, calm and polite during the lunch rush. The Jumbo Jacks with cheese were good and worth the price.

Bless the employees that worked Christmas Eve this year. They did a great job with the huge influx of customers coming in. Y’all better appreciate the work they put in

Thanks to the Cowboys I just got a free Jumbo Jack. Woo Hoo! Go Cowboys. The Hamburger had real tomatoes not just some mushy mess. Real good. Talked with the manager and he is very knowledgeable and demonstrates a keen desire to please the customer.

Great workers. The food was accurate. Just seems they were short-staffed.

Chris was absolutely the best employee I have encountered at Jack in the Box! He gave us customer service like you would get at Chick-fil-A!

Placed an online order. It was ready to pick up in the drive thru when I pulled up. The cashier was friendly, & food was as expected.

Went to this location a little before 1am. I think they’re short staffed because I had to wait longer than a typical drive through run. However I got great service from the employee Ken, my food is hot, and my order accurate so I’m happy.
