The young man working the counter today at 1 p.m., I believe his name was Javon - that's what was on the receipt - was very positive, calm and polite during the lunch rush. The Jumbo Jacks with cheese were good and worth the price.

The two men working the night shift tonight were very sweet and had positive attitudes. You don’t see that in fast food very often. Let alone on the night shift. :) 10/10 would recommend

Second time tonight using Uber eats because the first order from another restaurant messed everything up!!! Very fustrating and service was bad! I called this location to double check on them putting all the sauces I asked for , I told them it was a rough night already just to double check the order for me please so we can all eat at home ! He was very nice and understanding & it arrived here everything is great and amazing!!!!!! Thank you so much. It wasn’t your mess but made my night better!!! & the ticket said “hope you have a great night ❤️” just it’s the little things!!!!!!!!! Now I’m going to FINALLY eat lol . Thank you Jack in the box! I’m a GM of a fast food restaurant and this is the experience everyone should get! Y’all did a great job thank you!

The Hamburger had real tomatoes not just some mushy mess. Real good.
Talked with the manager and he is very knowledgeable and demonstrates a keen desire to please the customer.
