Taqueria San Luis

My husband and I tried San Luis because where we attempted to go eat at in Ft Worth was crazy packed. We where just driving around and found this place. The food was good and had good prices. Our waitress was very nice. I wish they had regular salsa for the chips. All they had was the green and red chili for the tacos. The atmosphere was eh because when we walked in it was super smoky and the window we sat by had a bullet hole in it. That made it really sketchy. The food was good though especially the beans. Not sure if we will go back.

Their tacos are excellent! When you get the 4 taco special you also get charro beans which are very tasty too. When you arrive for dining in, they bring a setup with both red and green salsa, diced onions and cilantro along with chips. Their tortas are good too. They even have a panderia with lots of treats.

It was pretty good its obviously a family owned establishment! Its the cozy atmosphere and fresh ingredients mixed with great service that makes it worth 5 stars in my humble opinion. I hate it when people assume i cant speak spanish because im a little pale. My grandmothers from Argentina ,but the point is the waitress didnt treat me like i didnt belong at all! To top it off the food was great fresh made to order the salsa verde is some of the best ive ever had!
