I went through the drive thru the young lady had NO customer service skills the service was awful. That was my first time at that location and that will be my last. The rep name on the receipt is Jocelyne A. I hope she fines a job that she likes. Trail Lake location

This is my favorite sonic to visit. They always get your food to you quickly, and it's made right. The parking lot is clean, as well.

It's Sonic--what do you expect? Full servings, that's what! This location has a tendency to skimp on stuff. Coneys never seem to have as much chili or cheese as other locations. Recently got an Oreo Big Scoop Blast, and the mix-ins barely made it halfway down the cup. But it's very conveniently located, so I won't stop going.

There are about half a dozen Sonics in a four mile radius. This sonic is the best. It's run well, by a dedicated staff that works effectively. The wait is never too long and they always get the order correct. If you like sonic, don't bother with the locations on Crowley or Sycamore school, this is the 'good' sonic.

When I go to the stale in person it takes 20-30 minutes but order on line I can have it in 5 min. But other than that quality of food is good. Next time tho need more flavor on patty. We like the mobile app. And the half price drinks
