My fiancé and I stopped by for a spontaneous date night on a Thursday. Service was okay, but there was a large party in our section and our server seemed a little overwhelmed. Our food wasn’t exactly right, but quick enough and close enough.
Two weeks in a row, I took an afternoon to go to the bar area and get some work done. The first day I went, Julian was my server and he was quick, friendly, and thorough. As soon as it turned into happy hour, he made sure to let me know how I could modify my drink to get a better deal. I ordered food and it came quickly and was hot and delicious. I came back a week or so later and I got Julian again. He immediately remembered me and my drink order. My drink didn’t get empty. I told Julian there was a salad that used to be on the BWW menu when I worked at another location 12 years ago. He listened to be describe it, then he hooked it up and it came out perfect very quickly.
I’ll definitely be back!
Went for a celebratory beer after a rather important exam! The beer was cold the service was awesome. The only drawback was sitting on the patio during the day is loud due to the low flying fighter jets.

The sampler appetizer was very flavorful, and was so big. I was already full before my meal came. We had a good time, and I enjoy the fact there are TV's surrounding you on every wall. There is no way you can miss a sports event.
Had a late lunch here. I had Chipotle bbq wings, my friend had the habañero mango wings, and we both had beers. Service was pretty fast, food was good, and when a beer got low, the waitress was there to ask if a refill was wanted. TV screens everywhere; I was watching women kickboxing.
Well,we got shorted and un-properly portioned Cheese Curds and Practically No Nacho Cheese on our side appetizer Loaded Nachos.."BUT" the Manager on Duty Named Jason.Did acknowledge the Mishap and FIxed and Corrected the Problem..That's what I like to See,which Is why I'll come Back..No ones perfect and mistakes Happen..🤷♂️
Food was good and our waitress was attentive. We asked for a special mix and they were able to make it. Slow and quiet in the afternoons during the week.
This is one of the best BWWs I've ever been too! From the freshness of the food, to the cold draft beer, to the excellent customer service, to the clean restrooms, Thank you! You can tell there is pride taken at this location in all that you experience. I gave it 4 stars because there is room for improvement such as seating and cable issues. Was one of the most delicious visits I've had to a BWW, everything that was supposed to be spicy was spicier than usual, I don't know if the company maybe increased their spice levels across the board over the last year or so? Enjoyed it thoroughly.
Pretzel bites at start were excellent. Great wings (Carolina Reaper sauce was wonderful) and the chocolate cake after was even better!
5 ⭐️ to this location. This place has turned around immensely. For the longest time I was never happy with their service always got my order wrong and took forever. Now my order is never wrong they're quick to get my stuff out on time. And the cherry on top of the Sunday was the girl called me to make sure I had my 2 sauce bottles because she forgot and to make I got them, that is amazing.
Food was great. Service not so much. But wouldnt stop me from going back.
Always good for games but the last time the boneless wings seemed like that had been cooked earlier and tossed in sauce. Too cool to the touch to be fresh. Usually very hot. We love kinzie the bartender she is very attentive. Pretty good place but bar is the best place looks messy in the dining room and heard a few people complain about the slow servers. Still going and always sit at the bar.
