This location was very friendly, respectful, helpful with gluten-free options, and quick to fulfill my to-go order. They also provide a generous “little free library”.
Went through the drive thru one night after checking the hours for the wrong location. I ordered, they were friendly, served me, and asked me to pull up and wait on my order. The lights started to go off, and they were locking up. Brought me my food on their way out. I then realized that I had gotten there 3 minutes before they closed, but they served me and were super nice throughout the process. I felt terrible and will forever check hours more closely.
I had such a great experience here, never had been before but the costumer service was just so great! The Hispanic lady was so sweet to my kids and I, and I think it enjoyed it more just because of her. No idea how much I appreciate some good costumer service. I didn’t feel rushed looking at the menu, but not just that the food was fresh and good too. I would recommend this place to my friends/family! Thank you lady who treated us so well!!! Wish I woulda got her name.
Management is always friendly, as I am a regular. The service is always great, and I always get a fantastic sandwich within about 5 minutes from the time I ordered. I never give 5 Stars or a perfect score; but they are my favorite restaurant in Lake Worth at the moment. Thanks to the Crew for always providing an excellent eating experience.
I love Schlotzsky's, BUT I haven't dined in or ordered out in several years. I am still recovering from throat cancer
They have a $16 sandwich big as a dinner plate its so good I had the roast beef sandwich
The only thing negative about this place is its peculiar location. It is part of one of Lake Worth's larger shopping centers; however, it is located at the far end of the complex and lacks direct access to the road. The restaurant is visible once you're directly in front of it but you must drive around it and then find the entrance to the front row of businesses. If you're a local and familiar with the shopping center, you probably won’t have trouble accessing the store. But, because of its peculiar and out-of-the-way location, I'm sure that many of the locals don't know it's there.

Food was good and fresh as always. Dining room was clean only down side was only free seat was the high tables which is a little uncomfortable. They were a bit short staffed I always find it irritating when the drive through person also has to work the front counter and you aren't sure when to talk or if they are talking to you.
The original Schlotzsky’s is always on the menu for me. And I love the cinnamon rolls.
