I ordered a Caesar Salad with Chicken. The lettuce was fresh and my meal was good. The staff was nice, but they took a while to appear before ordering. I guess it's because they have self-ordering tablets. They have a variety of coffees, teas, and lemonades to choose from. Clean place.

Best Panera ever!! Sweetest staff! We lost our toddler’s toy in the trash and Panera’s team (Esperanza and Mike) actually dug through the trash to find our toddler’s toy!! Definitely recommend this branch!

You know what you going to get here. The focus on online ordering has definitely decreased the in satire customer experience. It used to be they had someone roaming the store clearing plates and ready to assist with anything you need. Now there were dirty tables and overflowing dish bins.

Don't get me wrong, I've always loved Panera bread. I always manage to leave a little bit hungry, but feeling healthy. The music choice and volume is a bit annoying. Their stores are not as pristine as they used to be, however this location seems to be much nicer than the ones in Arizona. They offer Wi-Fi and great hazelnut coffee, a great chill place to work on the internet. I always bring earplugs.

Their customer service was amazing. There was an issue that was completely my fault but management went out of their way to fix it and more. The drinks are always stocked and food is always fresh, lettuce and all!!

I was being a bit of a micromanager, and I definitely did not expect for the staff to be as patient and capable as they were. My orders were in great hands and they were very quick. Thoroughly impressed with the service I got here.

Only reason I gave 4 stars for service was that I wasn't made aware that they were out of fruit cups which I paid for but when I got my food, I didn't realize it wasn't there until almost the end of the meal. Went to ask about getting my fruit salad and was informed that they were out of stock on them. They attempted to make it right by letting me choose a side, which I just got a piece of French bread but I was still kinda miffed.
I probably could've gotten a refund on the fruit cup I bought but I was too full at that time to care anymore. I know it gets really busy in the kitchen but shouldn't I get some kinda information if something I purchased is out of stock? If it was in stock at time of purchase, maybe a note on the receipt notating that? Oh well.
If I'm back in the area, I'll still recommend and visit this restaurant.
