Great family owned business. They were available to the public during a winter blackout. They will forever have my familys continued business. Good hot pho is just what we needed during a difficult time. TAI did curbside pickup in the freezing cold. He has excellent Custer service, went out of his way to help and acknowledge other parked cars nearby. If I could give 10 stars it would be done!!

The atmosphere is relaxing. The lights are dimmed and service was great. I ordered the beef pho which was superior to others I have had. I also ordered the jasmine tea that was delicious. My son had the kids chicken pho which he loved. Whatever you do, if dining in do not walk to the registers in the back, that’s for take out, dine in waits at the front. I got a “look” from the man at the back.

Great place to stop for pho in the Alliance area. My wife and I love coming by when it is cold or overcast and we need a nice meal to warm the soul. The summer rolls are excellent, the tea is piping hot and the broth of the pho is deep with flavor, but the rice noodles are incredibly brittle and seem to be cooked in the bowl from their dry state. When your pho first arrives, they are clumped in a large block but eventually become saturated with broth and relax. This method leaves many noodles broken and splashing into the broth. Apart from this one criticism, this place is excellent. Friendly prompt service, fair prices and a clean restaurant with delicious food.
