Subway

I’m going to have to change my review to 4 stars. Every time we go in and order everything is amazing here. But we’ve ordered online for pick up 4 times and every time it was bad. If I ask for extra something on my sandwich, nope. Hell this time I asked for salt and pepper and there wasn’t even any at all. There was barely any spinach. Barely and onion and I asked for extra. In the special instructions I asked them to please toast the sandwiches twice. When we go in and I ask them to do so you can tell the difference. I’m not sure it was even done once this time. I always make a point to thank the employees every time we go in and remind them that they are the best location in the area. I just wish the customer didn’t have to be right in front of them to get that on point customer service. My suggestion is if you can get around it, go in and place your order. My husband and I grabbed some lunch here today and the employee with red hair was extremely friendly, polite, and made our sandwiches perfect. The store was spotless from our end. This is wayyyy more than I can say for the Subway on 377. It is closer to our home and we refuse to go there. The employees and food are horrible. I read the reviews for this location before posting here and we’ve never had a problem here. Today was just extra great. So thank very much, once again, to the employee with the bright red hair. They made the perfect comment when I commended them on their customer service. “The way I look at it is, without y’all, I don’t have a job.” That’s the way it should be.

After all the bad reviews took a chance anyway. Hit the store right at the end of a rush. Junior was working all alone. Had a pleasant attitude and was very understanding when my 3 kids kept changing orders (yes we are that customer). Everything was perfect and his attitude and service was commendable. Wonderful experience!!

Coming from out of town for a doctors appointment and stopped at this subway while in the area. I’d had a bad, day but the people that served us today (a lady named Ashley and another guy I didn’t catch his name) gave us the best customer service I’ve had at a restaurant EVER! being a former subway employee I love the work ethic I seen from the crew in just the little time I was there! I get the same thing at every subway and I was just so excited to eat my food from this one! they made our sandwiches with love as which miss Ashley told me they did! I walked out the door thinking this is an experience that really makes you thank god for the beautiful people on earth. In 3-5 minutes! I will never forget my experience with them!

Robert makes the best Sandwiches and makes you feel at home eating at Subway!! We appreciate his kindness and how he keeps the shop so clean and stocked with chips and ingredients for the Sandwiches, unlike others Subways I have visited and that keeps me coming back!! Thanks Robert for being a fantastic Sandwich Artist!!!

I walked into this restaurant with my last with a deal that was already over because it was almost time for closing. I stay in the hotel in back of here and all though i work i make just enough to pay for my room. This woman was in their and when i say she was a true angel of God because even without the deal she blessed my children and i with a meal and i just want to thank God for showing me that in the end their are still good hearted people in this world thank you for being a blessing to my family we will never forget you. God bless everything you put your hands to.
