We just celebrated 8th golden birthday and the girls had the best time! Staff was accommodating and we definitely recommend this location!
The experience you have here solely depends on the time you get there. If you go between 4-6, there will be so many children there that they can't keep the buffet stocked long enough to get a full meal. If you go 2-3, it's too slow and you'll get old pizza and stale brownies. So far, the best time I
I had a great experience today. Pizzas were regularly being added, so there were lots of fresh options. Workers were cleaning and getting the dirty plates out of the area super quickly. It was really clean and fast compared to a lot of the cicis that are still open around.

We paid for 4 at the buffet. We arrived before 6pm on Friday. No pizza on the buffet.
They said they were not taking any requests for buffet pizzas because they have too many Togo orders.

came in almost no pizza on the buffet. A ton of people came in at once they looked pretty under staffed. they were able to keep pizzas coming out very fast, even with a big rush.
It's Cicis and a small one. There are maybe 3 games in the corner. Basic pizza slices and limited salad buffet with usually 1 pasta choice. Seats are hard without padding. Staff taking orders were pleasant, but there is no table service, so order at the counter.
Nice to see that Cicis is improving. The pizza here was good and the salad decent. Friendly service with clean tables and a clean drink station. Looking forward to eating here again.
This place is hit and miss. Most of the time it is great. Workers are always friendly and quick to help you. If you want something specific they will whip it up for you quickly. Sometimes the quality is lacking. For example sometimes the soup and pasta sauce can be a bit bland. Good place to get

This location isn't the best cicis I've been to (probably due to lower visitation on some days), but they are always willing to make whatever you'd like. The restaurant is clean, and recently, there have even been some servers asking to clear your plates! I also get so many laughs watching the chive
Great for the kiddos to eat and goof around on a few games! Was VERY clean and as we left I saw an employee immediately come clean all the games my son had been playing on. Pizza is OK but my son loves it!
