The line to get our food was so long, we had to wait 15 minutes just to sit down. There was only plastic silverware once we got an opportunity to sit down. I got a half chicken fried steak. It's pretty good, but they charge me an extra 199 for my side salad and did not tell me in advance other than that it's Luby's!
Good to finally find a Luby's again! Giant portions, friendly staff, clean. Very expensive compared to what I remember it being. I had a $7 Luann platter coupon. I added a piece of cherry pie and a fountain drink and it took me to nearly $15. Not at all happy about that. I think it is the price for the drink that made the price skyrocket.. I meant to keep the receipt but i guess I did not. I believe the drink was nearly $3.00?? Ridiculous in my opinion. Would love to make this a regular, but due to the prices it is impossible. For the price, there are many competitors for us to decide between; including some higher end places like Olive Garden and Saltgrass. I believe we would choose Luby's for comfort food, but so far as price goes, we may choose Golden Corral... The price includes a buffet and the price is lower... I do really like Luby's. It will have to be a special treat though!

SO GOOD! There was not one thing that tasted mediocre. The employees were ridiculously nice & the atmosphere was laid back.
A great place to spend Christmas. Luby's workers were there for us on Christmas day working. They are the best people and deserve our appreciation. Thanking Luby's people and staff for making my family's Christmas Day a very happy one.
I grew up eating Lubys. Turkey and dressing is good. Cafeteria style. Good portions. Good desserts. Seating is open.

It was fun to go to Luby's and see their selection of food. I'm glad to know they still have the LuAnn meal, which is decent sized portions for a smaller price. I had the chopped hamburger steak which was $8.99, including 2 sides that overflowed the bowl and bread. I took home half (i had a carrot raisin salad too). I would go there again and recommend this location.
The food is great. Well balanced meals with a big selection of entrees, sides breads,desserts, salads, fruit, etc. The employees are very polite, professional and, welcome you when walking through the front door. All the tables and chairs are nice and clean. In the last 3 weeks I've eaten at this location 7 times and they are very consistent with everything listed above. The pricing for the meals are reasonable and fair for this area.Great Job Luby's keep it up!
Went to pick up some liver for the wife and I. Needless to say, it was fantastic. I had the mashed potatoes and they were good. The wife had the fried okra. They took a little longer than they should have but they made it up by giving something extra. The staff was courteous and friendly. Even though my order was a carry out, the staff treated me with kindness. Good job Luby's.
Excellent Service. I came in the To Go side and the cashier was tied up with two customers, so another employee offered to take my order on the dine-in side without having to walk through the line. My order was ready in just a few minutes and the employee was pleasant and professional. Haven't tasted the food yet, so that's why I only gave 4 stars. It looks really good, though.
