Long established landmark. Loved the chips and salsa from the start. Similar to Fritos. So good. The taco salad was good but seemed to leave room for more of everything.

Staff are friendly, welcoming and very attentive. The food is very good, very filling, almost all handmade in house and very quick. Greqt atmosphere, warm and cozy kind of place with a lot of history. 10/10!
We are here for a week and will definitely be going back.

This place is good for a quick TexMex restaurant. They have two levels of salsa heat that they bring to the table. Both seemed pretty mild but the effort is nice. The chips here are not the normal tortilla chips they are more similar to Fritos. This restaurant also brings out corn tortillas to the table like all TexMex places used to do decades ago.

The food here is great! Traditional tex mex prepared by actual Mexicans. The chips are made daily from scratch, as well as the tortillas. The menu is easy. The server was nice and pretty quick. There's no bar, but they have draft beer and the margaritas are good. The atmosphere is open with fun Mexican dance music and a small town feel. It was great for my large party. I will definitely be back.

Our server was Maria. She delights and takes pleasure in attending to your wishes for a pleasant eating experience. Maria went beyond the ordinary to make our group of Six (each one) happy.
This Mexican Restaurant has been in business since 1936. They have high regard for quality standards and are well known throughout this DFW Area. Go. You'll be GLAD YOU DID !

I always enjoy the chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce. The chips are always fresh and the Pico & red sauce is always fresh & tasty. I would recommend them highly. Thanks for great service over the years. ❤️

My family and I went here because our neighbors recommended it and it wasn't bad at all. The only thing I would have to say is the service was slow for our waiter but I'm sure they were short staffed.
