Awesome hole in the wall place in West Fort Worth. The family the owns it is so nice & so welcoming, and everything tastes like there was a lot of love & heart in it❤️ I will continue to come here & dine! Loved the falafel platter & the chicken schwarma plate, as well as the hummus. Great place to order a few things & share with friends!
Amazing food! Highly recommended. We recently moved to Fort Worth from Houston and did not think we would find ethnic food of the same quality. Well, as far as Lebanese food goes, Qana Cafe is far better than our go-to Houston favorite. We tried the Mediterranean Sampler and every last item was delicious. The sampler includes falafel, kibbeh, kafta, tabouli, stuffed grape leaves, hummus and baba ganoush. It's hard to pick favorites, but my low-carb diet husband loved the kafta (spiced ground beef), and I thought the stuffed grape leaves were the best I've ever tasted. Last but not least, the owners are charming and friendly. If you like Mediterranean food, be sure to check out Qana Cafe!
Fish shawarma was hands down one of the best things I've ever had! Not only was the food amazing but the owners were amazing people and truly care about their customers and about putting out great dishes made with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend!!
Looks are deceiving. This restaurant is fantastic. The food is always fresh and amazing, and the hospitality is top notch. I live out of town, but I can always count on a good healthy meal, that will fill my belly and full of color at Quana.
Bonus, it’s BYOB.
This place was amazing!!! Delicious, authentic Lebanese food! I had the fried cauliflower (omg!) and the chicken kebabs. It was perfect. I will absolutely be coming back.
My husband and I just got home from Sunday lunch at the new Mediterranean Restaurant/Cafe: Qana Cafe & Hookah. It's just around the corner from our house and we thought we'd give it a try. We are so glad we did. We each had a bowl of Lentil Soup and a Falafel Sandwich. Great food and lots of it. We had to bring some home because we couldn't finish it all. The owner's name is Joseph and he is not only an excellent chef, but is very nice as well as friendly, and so was our our waitress, Angela. They have a good-sized menu including full Mediterranean dinners, Soups, Salads, Frappes & Crepes, Smoothies, Sandwiches, and Beverages. They even serve breakfast. They are open Mon-Fri 8a-10p, Saturday 8a - 12 midnight, Sunday, 12 noon to 10 pm. We highly recommend the Qana Cafe. Good food, good people! We're thinking of going every Sunday after church.
The service was amazing. A woman from the back came to ask how everything was going and the woman working up front was friendly/playful. On top of that, food was amazing. We will definitely recommend this cafe to our family & friends.
This little cafe is excellent with quality and authentic food. I’m looking forward to going and sitting out in the patio soon.

Never been to this place before and it's been right around the corner this whole time! Definitely will be back!
5/5; would absolutely recommend!
I've been looking for some good Middle Eastern food in FTW after a bad experience at King Tut's and this place delivered. I had baklava, coffee, and the falafel sandwich. Some of the best food I've ever had. The falafel sandwich was spicy and the fries had some awesome seasoning. Along with the food, the customer service was great. The hostess was attentive, kind, and didn't mind our 23902 questions. I will absolutely be going again.
I love this place. We have enjoyed take-out several times before, but I had lunch on Valentines Day. They make great soups from scratch and I’m a huge fan of a homemade soup. It was so good I took some home to my wife, even though she had eaten lunch already. Anyway, this is a gem of a small, family owned and run restaurant. Delicious food, relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. High on my list.....

We've been here twice and we always had a great time. My husband loves greek food ( although this is a Lebanese Restaurant) but they have great food such us Falafel and few greek food. Although they are still not available to dine inside the restaurant but they have few tables in the patio. The food is great "underated" i should say ,the quality of food is great compare to other restaurants which will only serve you burgers and cold fries in an expensive price. But here, you will definitely feel like you're in a fine dining restaurant.
The restaurant seems to be family owned, that's why we can say it is very authentic and cook very well. The lady in the counter was very nice too,(The wife). First time We went here, she gave me free vahklava.
This restaurant offers gluten free choices. Which was our number 1 consideration.
We can't believe that Qana Cafe's been open for 5 years without us finding out about it, but we want to correct this wrong for everyone else. Tucked in a little non-descript building at the northeast corner of Williams Road and Chapin Road you'll find a Lebanese restaurant with truly delicious food, run by a nice couple who seem to do all the cooking and running the dining room. On our first visit we tried the chicken kebab and falafel plates. The chicken was moist, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly, served with turmeric rice, avocado dip, and a delicious salad. One of the interesting additions on this plate is toum, a pureed garlic sauce, pungent and tasty. The falafel were fine-textured inside and crispy outside, served with a tahini sauce, hummus, and a salad. The hummus is among the best we've had in town! Definitely worth repeat visits.
We’ve come here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious. We look on their Facebook page to see the daily special and that’s what we usually get. This is a local favorite of ours.
We had dessert too. Strawberry crepe and baklava. Not pictured because my husband ate it too fast 😂
While this place appears to be a “mom-and-pop” restaurant, the food here is absolutely incredible. This was worth the trip - Chicken kabobs were the best I’ve ever had. Definitely stop here if you’re in the area.
This place is amazing. Drop whatever you are doing and go eat here now! I’m sure the atmosphere pre Covid-19 was better but the food is excellent. We had take out and it was ready quickly, packed well with plastic cutlery and inexpensive.
Unfortunately I’m not often in this area but when I am I’ll make a special effort to get over here.
Great family owned restaurant. Great food, service and prices.
Honestly might be the best Lebanese food I’ve ever had. The falafel was fresh and crisp, everything was well-seasoned and the baklava had a light, airy crispness with a sweet (but not-too-sweet) finish.
Recommended by a friend and they didn't disappoint! I had a nice quiet lunch and the food was soooo good! The staff is exceptionally accommodating. I also had the Spiced Chai Latte. Yum!
Fresh yummy food. Highly recommend. We have never had a bad meal here.
Fantastic Lebanese food, reasonable prices, great family run restaurant. Kibbeh was perfect, dolma was great, perfect coffee and baklava. We will be regulars here.
It was soooooo good! I had the special of the day and it was amazing! I’m super picky when it comes to chicken and just meat in general… but the chicken I was served was super fresh, well seasoned and juicy!
Totally recommend it!
Amazingly wonderful and always fresh food! Super friendly owners, always preparing and serving with a smile and in a timely fashion. One of my TOP 5 places to eat in Fort Worth!
Just visited for dinner, and I was super pleased with everything we tried: vegetarian platter, lahmeh baajeen (a ground beef flatbread thing), baklava, and the yoghurt drink. The baba ganouj, hummus, and moussaka were all excellent. We will definitely be returning!
After relocating here from Chicago and having a variety of similar restaurants, Qana Cafe is by far the most delicious and authentic Lebanese food I have ever tasted.
OMG, 4 hours since dining at this diamond of a cafe, and I'm still yr tasting the savory goodness of everything. We came here based on reviews on Nextdoor, and found that they were SPOT ON! This will be our go to local place in the future.

Excellent falafel! The mint tea was great! I had the falafel sandwich and fries. The service was friendly and fast. I will definitely return!
Really yummy food! I had chicken shawarma and my boyfriend got beef and we shared . The fries it comes with are delicious we tried to figure out the seasoning but so good! Also got 2 pieces of baklava to go! . The owners are very nice. And very pretty art on the wall and bathroom doors . Will definitely be back. :)
