Awesome hole in the wall place in West Fort Worth. The family the owns it is so nice & so welcoming, and everything tastes like there was a lot of love & heart in it❤️ I will continue to come here & dine! Loved the falafel platter & the chicken schwarma plate, as well as the hummus. Great place to order a few things & share with friends!
Amazing food! Highly recommended. We recently moved to Fort Worth from Houston and did not think we would find ethnic food of the same quality. Well, as far as Lebanese food goes, Qana Cafe is far better than our go-to Houston favorite. We tried the Mediterranean Sampler and every last item was delicious. The sampler includes falafel, kibbeh, kafta, tabouli, stuffed grape leaves, hummus and baba ganoush. It's hard to pick favorites, but my low-carb diet husband loved the kafta (spiced ground beef), and I thought the stuffed grape leaves were the best I've ever tasted. Last but not least, the owners are charming and friendly. If you like Mediterranean food, be sure to check out Qana Cafe!
5/5; would absolutely recommend!
I've been looking for some good Middle Eastern food in FTW after a bad experience at King Tut's and this place delivered. I had baklava, coffee, and the falafel sandwich. Some of the best food I've ever had. The falafel sandwich was spicy and the fries had some awesome seasoning. Along with the food, the customer service was great. The hostess was attentive, kind, and didn't mind our 23902 questions. I will absolutely be going again.
I love this place. We have enjoyed take-out several times before, but I had lunch on Valentines Day. They make great soups from scratch and I’m a huge fan of a homemade soup. It was so good I took some home to my wife, even though she had eaten lunch already. Anyway, this is a gem of a small, family owned and run restaurant. Delicious food, relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. High on my list.....

We've been here twice and we always had a great time. My husband loves greek food ( although this is a Lebanese Restaurant) but they have great food such us Falafel and few greek food. Although they are still not available to dine inside the restaurant but they have few tables in the patio. The food is great "underated" i should say ,the quality of food is great compare to other restaurants which will only serve you burgers and cold fries in an expensive price. But here, you will definitely feel like you're in a fine dining restaurant.
The restaurant seems to be family owned, that's why we can say it is very authentic and cook very well. The lady in the counter was very nice too,(The wife). First time We went here, she gave me free vahklava.
This restaurant offers gluten free choices. Which was our number 1 consideration.
We can't believe that Qana Cafe's been open for 5 years without us finding out about it, but we want to correct this wrong for everyone else. Tucked in a little non-descript building at the northeast corner of Williams Road and Chapin Road you'll find a Lebanese restaurant with truly delicious food, run by a nice couple who seem to do all the cooking and running the dining room. On our first visit we tried the chicken kebab and falafel plates. The chicken was moist, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly, served with turmeric rice, avocado dip, and a delicious salad. One of the interesting additions on this plate is toum, a pureed garlic sauce, pungent and tasty. The falafel were fine-textured inside and crispy outside, served with a tahini sauce, hummus, and a salad. The hummus is among the best we've had in town! Definitely worth repeat visits.
We’ve come here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious. We look on their Facebook page to see the daily special and that’s what we usually get. This is a local favorite of ours.
We had dessert too. Strawberry crepe and baklava. Not pictured because my husband ate it too fast 😂
While this place appears to be a “mom-and-pop” restaurant, the food here is absolutely incredible. This was worth the trip - Chicken kabobs were the best I’ve ever had. Definitely stop here if you’re in the area.
This place is amazing. Drop whatever you are doing and go eat here now! I’m sure the atmosphere pre Covid-19 was better but the food is excellent. We had take out and it was ready quickly, packed well with plastic cutlery and inexpensive.
Unfortunately I’m not often in this area but when I am I’ll make a special effort to get over here.
Great family owned restaurant. Great food, service and prices.
Honestly might be the best Lebanese food I’ve ever had. The falafel was fresh and crisp, everything was well-seasoned and the baklava had a light, airy crispness with a sweet (but not-too-sweet) finish.
Recommended by a friend and they didn't disappoint! I had a nice quiet lunch and the food was soooo good! The staff is exceptionally accommodating. I also had the Spiced Chai Latte. Yum!
