I always go through the drive through and their customer service is amazing! They’re always patient and informative. So far they’ve never gotten my order wrong. The inside of the establishment is very clean! They always have (in my opinion) full stock of cups and other merchandise in shelves.
Very friendly staff always everytime I come to this location! I visited today and I ordered an item online and when I got there, it wasn't available and they were very apologetic and did what they could to refund me, which the refund will come in a few days. However, I reassured them, it was okay. Just the dedication to want to help was nice.
I come to this Starbucks occasionally on my way to work. The employees are absolutely amazing. Theyre so nice and friendly, even at 7 in the morning. Very fast too. You can tell theyre there busting their butts every morning. Always enjoy my visit here.
Small Starbucks store with only a few chairs inside. They do have more chairs outside but not very comfortable for working with a laptop. The store also closes relatively early around 8 pm.
Jaspin is the kindest, sweetest person to ever greet me at a Starbucks! I was shocked how she was able to remember my name and face after just one visit, and I’ve seen her greet so my incoming customers by name as well. She makes a huge impact on each visit and when I come see my sister I look forward to going to this particular Starbucks and hope Jaspin is there to see her warm smiling face upon entering the coffee shop.
Long time to get my coffee order but so worth it. Really quite nice. All people are nice too.
Love the new renovated old-school coffee shop feel they have now. The service is always good when I go (5:30-6:00am). Love the infused teas. If you haven't tried them yet, its a must!
I just had a not so good an experience ordering through uber. I called the store and they went above and beyond to fix what was done and the customer service from this young lady was amazing. I'm a manager at a restaurant and G you handle it great. So proud of you and whoever trained you ☕️💚🤎
The friendliest staff at a Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. The staff was very hard working, courteous, and greeted everyone that walked through the door. I wish all Starbucks had friendly, welcoming employees like this one. Very impressive. Let all other locations of Starbucks take notes on how the operation should run.
Malorie is one of the best baristas at this Starbucks! There are many, don’t get me wrong but Malorie attitude and joy while working is one of a kind she always makes sure I’m set with whatever I need and makes me feel apart of the community! She so hard working and such a great leader this Starbucks is lucky to have her and so am I :)
