My family and I ate here for dinner. The food was very good. The "Rat Toes" we're hotter than we expected. Our server was very nice and personable. Their service was particularly slow considering they didn't seem extremely busy. I would return to try some new items.

Service was great! Food came out quickly. I was not a fan of the strawberry Lemonade. This is a preference issue and not a service issue. It was not sweet. I even had them add more strawberry juice or whatever they used and it still wasn't sweet. I didn't want to send it back again so I dealt with it. Overall, highly recommend the heritage trace Pkwy location

The food here was awesome. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs so we ordered way too much. We wanted to try everything. The alligator and seafood gumbo are a must. And the service was great. Thanks JP! See you next time we’re in TX!

We went there tonight for the first time! JP took care of us right away. He was amazing! It’s hard to find good customer service these days. He was hands down the best. JPs excellent customer service is the reason why we will be going back. If you go eat there, I recommend you ask for him! His customer service was so amazing that we will be calling in advance to make sure he is available.

This is the 2nd time ive been to this location . I cant say enough about food - server ... Dont remember his name but he is the posterboy waiter .. above & beyond !!!! I wish i would have had more cash on me to give him a bigger tip ... I have never had a wait staff so attendant as he was ...

Decent dinner out with the family. Nice place, good music, good tasting food, good portions. As for what could be better: it was freezing inside, food could’ve been a little warmer, atmosphere could’ve been a little better for a Saturday night, and overall attitude of the workers could’ve been quite a bit better. Service was good but everyone running the ship seemed unmotivated and not warming. Overall experience was nevertheless still not bad. Don’t know if it was good enough to make us come back regularly, but may come back sometime.

This place was great. Angelina suggested the fried Alligator tail which tasted so good. Good size drinks also. Definitely would come again. Waitress was energetic good energy. Ask for Angelina.

This was an amazing experience! My meal was delicious! I had the stuffed shrimp plate. The sauce was amazing. Im told this is a restaurant favorite. The atmosphere was great and the customer service was superb! Everyone enjoyed their meal!

We walked in & were greeted right away & told the hostess we'd like to sit at the bar. Bailey, the bartender was great! She was very attentive & I asked a few questions. I'm glad I did for the drinks because I really liked the frozen drink I got. The food was delicious & came out in a timely manner. This establishment is nice as well.

Everything we had was delicious and served fresh! We ordered boudin balls and crab cakes for the table and for entrees we had the fried shrimp and catfish combo, the stuffed shrimp with dirty rice and beans, and the Cajun combo skillet. Needless to say, we left fat and happy. Our waitress was attentive during our entire visit.

Good if you are in the need for a seafood fix at a sit down, order from a menu type restaurant. It gets the job done. We have been multiple times and the service has been mostly good, only once was it subpar. I do enjoy their Cajun Fondue with crawfish appetizer. Usually, I just keep it normal and order the Seafood Combo Platter that has all I'm looking for, catfish, shrimp, and crawfish. The wife enjoys the Stuffed Shrimp. The atmosphere can range from quiet when they are slow to super loud when they are busy. Just depends on if you go during the busiest times.

I liked this place. The environment was giving New Orleans. The server was great. Only two pasta options. I had the Cajun shrimp...was ok. I've made better at home.

Place is a little crowded looking with all the decor if you are not used to it. The food was decent. The Boudin balls and fried pickles were my favorite. The drinks were nice as well and our waiter was pretty nice. Overall would go back.

She was attentive to details, answered questions about different foods, desert, was friendly and very professional. She checked on us regularly to ensure we have everything we needed, an kept the water glasses full at all times! So ask for Destiny she will take great care of your diner party! Service was great, we always get the platter that comes with gator, shrimp, fish, fries, fried pickles.... The food was good but it was on the skimpy side where we didn't have a lot of fries period.... But I love razzoo's and will always come back.

Our server was nothing short of amazing! We had Amy V as a server and she did such a great job! We had some issues with our order (not her fault) but she made sure to get that corrected! We appreciate and are very pleased with the how she handle the situation!
