Service was great! Food came out quickly. I was not a fan of the strawberry Lemonade. This is a preference issue and not a service issue. It was not sweet. I even had them add more strawberry juice or whatever they used and it still wasn't sweet. I didn't want to send it back again so I dealt with it. Overall, highly recommend the heritage trace Pkwy location

We went there tonight for the first time! JP took care of us right away. He was amazing! It’s hard to find good customer service these days. He was hands down the best. JPs excellent customer service is the reason why we will be going back. If you go eat there, I recommend you ask for him! His customer service was so amazing that we will be calling in advance to make sure he is available.

A shout out to our Amazing Waitress Destiny! The service she provided us tonight was Excellent! She was attentive to details, answered questions about different foods, desert, was friendly and very professional. She checked on us regularly to ensure we have everything we needed, an kept the water glasses full at all times! So ask for Destiny she will take great care of your diner party! Good if you are in the need for a seafood fix at a sit down, order from a menu type restaurant. It gets the job done. We have been multiple times and the service has been mostly good, only once was it subpar. I do enjoy their Cajun Fondue with crawfish appetizer. Usually, I just keep it normal and order the Seafood Combo Platter that has all I'm looking for, catfish, shrimp, and crawfish. The wife enjoys the Stuffed Shrimp. The atmosphere can range from quiet when they are slow to super loud when they are busy. Just depends on if you go during the busiest times.
