Chipotle Mexican Grill

First time leaving a Chipotle google review. I am hoping management is taking care of things after reading some reviews, because my experience was great. Staff was friendly and polite, I was greeted by a nice girl and the cashier was even nicer, portions were good, restaurant was clean, food looked fresh and tasted really good. First time in any chipotle locations I’ve been that I get my steak well cooked without the raw flavor. Keep up the good work! I was very satisfied. Thank you!

Did a catering order placed the day before but had to wait 20 minutes after supposed to pick up the order. So, a little more time than I would prefer. Food was warm, packed nicely, tasted good, and all utensils supplied. Would recommend and go back for personal or catering orders. Was surprised to see customers waiting outside before the location even opened!

Good, standard Chipotle. Only things I don't like: (1) It's usually crowded and noisy, even outside of conventional meal times. The food prep staff have trouble hearing orders because of all the ambient noise. (2) There's usually a bottleneck at the register because only one person rings up orders while taking care of numerous other tasks. Still, I like it well enough. The food is always delicious, and the friendly staff do their best working within the limitations they have.

Frequent here a lot and I love it. Everyone is sweet and respectful. They can sometimes be slow or busy but mind you I always come in around 9:50. I’ve never had a problem with portions they always give me more than enough. I always tip them since they are sweet and since I come so often. My only issue is sometimes the sofritas (which is tofu) has meat in it but this has happened at most of their locations so now I just skip on them. But they are fast and nice! I also order online on the app about 1/2 of the time and everything always comes out perfect.
