I absolutely love Underground Cigar Shop. Not only do they have an expertly curated humidor, knowledgeable and helpful staff (shout out to Chef, Kelton, and Ninja Mike!), a comfortable interior, and a spacious patio, it's also just a place that feels authentic and cool. Highly recommend!

The experience was great. I took my husband for his first time experience and we were wowed with the service. I didn't get the guy's name that assisted us but we will definitely be back. He answered all of the questions my husband had and offered amazing suggestions. The atmosphere was so laid back and the perfect place to duck off for some self care after a hard day, week, month or life.

Stopped in here while in town for a Cowboy's game. Great place, friendly atmosphere, great selection of smoke. The setting is comfortable with deep leather seating, several big screens and dark wood with an available outside patio. Recommended over a couple of others i visited in the area. This is my go to place in the DFW area.

Excellent customer service, awesome staff, very knowledgeable on their cigars...they help our Military by donating cigars to be shipped over sea's. Treat you like family. Won't order from no other shop but this wonderful place.

First of all, this is a boutique cigar store... When i walked in i wasn't sure how i felt about that as they have brands that i normally dont see in local stores. I spoke with chef and bought a few cigars with his guidance; Specifically the espinosa crema. Its been a while since i have found a cigar that smoked so smoothly and evenly. Everyone has a different pallet but to me this was a real gem. I will Definately be visiting them again!
