Eating at Ume Sushi was by far my favorite eating experience I've had in awhile. The food was the definition of quality over quantity and still gave you enough to be very satisfied, not totally full, but very satisfied. My girlfriend and I had a great time and our server was only there when we needed him, very noninvasive. It was a very pleasant experience.

I think the sushi was awesome and so was the beef bulgogi. My girl had the spicy Ramyun noodles and we ended up switching dishes and she too my bulgogi. Great experience will have to visit to try more sushi!

The food here was delicious with lots of flavor. We had the mango roll and bulgogi. The bulgogi was full of flavor in every bite. The only disappointment was the slow/lack of service. They were only about half full and the one server took over 10 minutes just to take our order. Go for the food, it was very good.
