The food was really good here but the waitress service it’s outstanding! Lashell did I very good job ( the best I’ve had in my whole life going restaurants) she suggested at the very beginning for us to try the cheese sticks which were delicious. In the end she even offered the dessert specialties but we were so full and pleased with our meal we ( my husband and I) had to decline. Certainly going to come back!

My wife and 1 year old daughter came in today for lunch. I am still sitting in the dinning room writing this review, We had Lashell as our server today, and she was PHENOMENAL , with such amazing guest service and I am EKM for Cheesecake and even I haven’t seen or had the pleasure of having such an amazing server!! The food and atmosphere is always great here at the Hulen location, but we were mind blown away with how great she is! My daughter was getting fussy because she was hungry and she brought out a small bag of cookies and fruit cup just for my daughter to enjoy while we waited for our food, that bought me! As a family man she took care of my family and provided the best of service that we have had in a long time! We will be coming back and asking for her as our server!

BJ's reached out to me and provided a courtesy card to give the restaurant another go...they did not disappoint my Teens loved their dinner! Everything was fresh and hot...the complimentary cookie for signing up online for rewards was soooo good and the vanilla ice cream 🙃 thank you so much again as the restaurant is great for family, dates, and or a quick lunch. Not happy to leave this review at all! But due to me paying for this service I felt it was necessary. Unfortunately my first experience was not a good one, my food came on a dirty plate, the table was dirty. I had to place the cloth napkins on the table. The server Devan was awesome but the staff in the kitchen had to be short. My son ate his food because he was literally famished but his dish was a bit dirty as well. The manager did ask if I wanted something else or any assistance at all, she was very apologetic but my stomach was already spoiled.

Not sure how other people could probably rate less than 5* for their experience here. You will feel the vibe as soon as you get in. This is a very few places that I enjoy every single service and food of its and could visit 3 times per week or whenever being asked "Where would you like to have a drink/dinner tonight?" We are always well taken care by their friendly staff. Alone or with friends, highly recommended. 02/2022, Texas

Really great place. Waitress was always nearby and came to check on us often. Food was amazing. Felt bad they brought 2 of our plates out early, and we had a party of 4 total, so 2 people at our table had to wait for theirs before we could all start eating. Bar drinks were great. Highly recommend the tropical mule or any house drafts they have and you can't go wrong. Burgers are great. I def will come back here and try this place again.
