Subway

I've been a customer of this subway location for 5 yrs. It's a sandwich shop so you would think it is a simple transaction; which it is, but for me customer service, regardless of what type of shop it is, is an important attribute for me. The establishment itself is small. The food is your typical subway options; too much mayo in the tuna most times though. I am not sure of the ownership, but my impression is the bottom line is more important than most anything else as their staff don't often seem happy to be there, maybe it is a second chance for them or maybe just not a good environment. Organization and cleanliness could use some improvement. Prices are standard. Food tastes good. For me it is convenient to where I work so ordering on the app for pick up (which by the way is done right and always on time) allows me to grab and go and not be bothered by the other personal concerns of service. If you are craving a subway sandwich it works.

This visit was a very pleasant and interaction. The owner was VERY HANDS ON, and he made sure he understood what I wanted. The Tik Tok pizza was brilliant thanks to him, I forced myself to eat the last piece, I couldn't just have one piece for later, that would be cruel and disheartening. Thank you for a good memorable experience for me with Subways.
