Mi Cocina

Came out to dine here last night for the first time and everything was exceptional from start to finish. Our server Zachary was extremely helpful, kind and charismatic. He took his time to guide us through the menu items and steer us in the right direction for a great dining experience. Zach made a few suggestions and they were all spot on. All the food was so amazing. The chicken and steak nachos al carbon, and shrimp brochette were incredible. The manager Alba also stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking. We will be back soon to see Zach! Was by far the best service we have ever had. Thanks again!

We were looking for a delicious Tex mex option, and this place did not disappoint! There is nothing better than sitting down and being pleasantly greeted with warm chips and spicy salsa! I had El Ray and my husband enjoyed Brisket Tacos. We barely spoke because we were too busy enjoying the delicious food. Can’t believe I forgot to take a picture of all the food, but it smelled so good we just dug in! Highly recommend!

Went in on Monday as my wife and I were walking around Sundance Square. Always fun. Decided to go to Mi Cocina! Wife had the taco plate and I had the brisket tacos. Of course the chips and salsa were right there. Fresh. Had the tortilla soup also. Excellent. Our server Sara made the experience that much better. She’s great. She didn’t overwhelm us but she always seemed to be able to read our minds. It’s nice to know we’re being taken care of! They’ve got some really nice people working at the restaurant which makes it a great place to go for lunch or dinner. Great food and service. Thanks

10/10 recommend this location. It was our first time at Mi Cocina, first time visiting downtown FW and we were pleasantly surprised to be served with excellent customer service from our waiter, Jesse. He was very attentive with our table, refilling glasses as soon as they were half full, and provided delicious suggestions for our lunch meal. Upon leaving, Jesse provided us to-go refill of our drinks, extra chips and salsas, even offered to box our to-go meal for us. We definitely look forward to coming back for another meal once in town! Thank you for making our first time at Mi Cocina a memorable one!

Maribel, Angel and Ambrocio are the only reason we come to this place: they take such good care of us, and go above and beyond to make sure we are happy every single time. Thank you guys, you truly are some of the best people there! We enjoy y’all each time and you make our visits great. All of you deserve a recognition and a raise! To the management, appreciate your workers more and give them the recognition they deserve.

Went here on a Saturday night with my boyfriend and our kids. There is a lot of food options on the menu, including the kids menu. Plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options. The warm, fresh chips and dip were on point. We all enjoyed our meals- chicken tacos, enchiladas, Spanish rice and beans. Our server was nice and efficient. The atmosphere was vibrant and the music mix was on point. Definitely recommend!!
