DO NOT EAT HERE. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and one came with a very clear bite out of the chicken patty. Bread and condiments were untouched yet a bite had been taken out of the chicken patty. I do not recommend ordering anything from this establishment if they are okay sending food out that has been partially eaten!

I would give them a -1 if possible. Waited with another car for 5 minutes to order. That car finally gave up and left, drove up behind the car at the drive up window, waited another 3-4 minutes before the car got its good and drove off. When I got to the window waited another 3-4 minutes before a woman opened the window , I told her no one ever answered at the order intercom, so I have to order, to which SHE CLOSED THE WINDOW and walked away. Waited another 4-4 minutes and she never responded. As I drove away 6 cars waiting to order. NO EXCUSE for poor service. I could of understood if someone would of said I’ll be right with you or any response but nothing. The Restaurant Manager should be embarrassed to employ such a terrible team member.

The food I ordered was cooked well and made well. My food almost looked like the food you see in the commercials. The employees were all really pleasant to talk to and the lobby was spotless.

Fries were as cold as my drink and obviously under cooked. Just one was enough. The sandwich was cold too! This food was terrible! Only good thing was my coke! Don't eat here.

Shay took great care of me and personally saw that my order was correct. Polite and friendly. The food was great too. Great experience overall. Keep up the great work guys!

Great, fast service. I ordered fries and somehow ended up with a coke instead for only $1. I went inside and they got me fries (at no extra charge). Polite and fixed the order in a kind way. Drive-thru always moves fast. Great burgers.

The restrooms was NASTY!! And the manager and her husband he was twirling a knife around when we were eating. I will never take my granddaughters there again. It was the Burger King at Covington Plaza West Jefferson in Fort Wayne, Indiana
