Arby's

Stopped in at Arby's this afternoon and ordered a Chicken bacon Swiss with a small curly fry and a small Coke to go. The sandwich was quite tasty although they skimped on the bacon. The chicken was moist and not dry. I asked for a side of mayonnaise I like my sandwiches wet. Their soda is always rather flat tasting which I think is just Arby's fountain machines. From the time we made our order until we left it was 3 minutes. However the guy in front of me had to park it. I guess it was my lucky day. Overall I give them a four out of five rating. The sandwich was good it could use a real size piece of bacon, and the soda was rather flat.

Stopped for breakfast for me n the kids. You know you're in for a wait at Arby's ordering 4 meals, so no problem there! We pulled forward at their request (making hash browns for us) and they were still pretty quickly bring our food. When we got home to eat 1 wrap was well, kinda barely wrapped in the paper, so mom ate that one because the kids would shy away from it. But everything was made well, and tasted just as one would expect! Love Arby's breakfast wraps, they're so yummy.

Complete and total joke. Ordered online at 10:30 AM to prevent having to weight and make a quick stop on my lunch break. Pickup was for 12:30 PM. Forced to wait in a line of 20 cars for an order I ordered online. What is the purpose of using the online order feature? I called in to store to be told they couldn’t open the Lobby to get back to work on time. What a shame. Should at-least utilize curbside pickup rather than the drive through.

I decided to use the app for the first time. I got my order and some of the jalapeño bites were chicken nuggets and then they forgot my classic roast beef for my dog. I went back and they made it right but the lack of enthusiasm just wasn't there ... I get it you're shorthanded but y'all are the face of the Arby's name and brand. Tomorrow is another day. Find something to be grateful for like breathing 😀

I ordered the brisket sandwich and legit got 2 tiny pieces, cut in half, of brisket. I have ordered this many times, and this was the worst example of nothing I have ever gotten. It was no where near worth the price, and their soda had no ice in it. Seriously, it was mostly fried onion and bun. This has happened twice now at this location. I won't be back
