In line with one person in front of me. I had 20 minuets until I had to be clocked in for work. That should be plenty of time right?!!?!!? Nope. Half the stuff on the menu they no longer carry. Staff is always short and very rude. And don’t get me started on what is not working like the credit card machine, steamer or expresso !!! Would be nice to be able to grab a cup of coffee on my way into work. I drove thru McD’s this morning!

Lacking consistency. Order the same thing every time. Lately the sandwich either has no cheese and other times it has the incorrect kind of cheese (like today). One time toaster was down for a while, but they don't tell you, so you get something you don't expect. Not pleasant. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Waited for over 20 min for food. When we asked what was taking so long the African American cook started making racially charged statements about us. When we got our food it was wrong. When we asked to have it made right the employee began to make more racially charged statements. We asked to speak to a manager and she said the AA girl can say what she wants because she "is working off the clock." Went back today and they refused to serve us and threatened to have us banned from the Hospital. poor poor management. The most unprofessional employee and manager I've ever seen.

Horrible customer service. This was my first time coming here and will be my last. I told the gentleman waiting on me that this was my first time and ask him what he recommend , he acted like I was the biggest innocence . I thought maybe it was me then he was just as rude to the lady behind me. If you don't want your job then leave I'm sure there is someone that would be happy to work. I don't think I will come back I think I will stick with dunken donuts or Starbucks
