Just went through the drive through, customer in front of me ordered 10 drinks and two bags of food. Nothing wrong with that. Would have been nice if they asked that customer to pull up so the rest of us with one order could get helped, but common sense isn’t very common. Where the poor service and unprofessional behavior happened, is when the drive through girl sat and had a 5 minute conversation with that customer after they had all of their items. An already long and unpleasant experience was compounded with unprofessional behavior. Do you think the drive through employee apologized for the long wait? No of course not. Instead she acted condescending, most likely because she knew everyone in line was upset. Truly disappointing experience.

Five Lakes is my favorite place for coffee. I usually never go because they are all north of me but with this new location I'll be going way more. Their coffee is rich and flavorful and their more girly drinks are significantly better in both quality and price than their competition. Also don't neglect the punch cards! The points add up fast giving you obtainable and worth while rewards. My personal favorite drink is their cold brew. Super rich and super refreshing

My husband and I had London Fog Latte, dark roast coffee (Angry Brew), Blueberry scone and breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious! The staff were very friendly and nice. We had a really relaxing morning here reading and enjoying the drinks & food. We love their reward system as well. This will definitely be our go-to weekend coffee date spot!
