Dairy Queen

Very under staffed I was a doordasher who was in the lobby before 6 customers who got served before I did and we all ended up waiting 30 plus minutes. Only thing I was impressed with was an elderly man came in and was in distress due to low sugar I wrote his order down and asked the man taking orders to rush the mans order and he did right away. I waited patiently and reminded him that I was there before everyone who he served before me. He apologized and I left with my order. I seen he was doing his best as the only other employee who was there. Hopefully they get more staff soon.

The building was not clean. The floors and bathrooms were not cleaned at all. My family went their for lunch around 1130. So I know the building was not opened that long. All the tables and chairs had dried food and very sticky. We asked for our table to be cleaned and they cleaned it with water from the foset and didn't even wipe down the other tables.when we waited 15 minutes for our food they forgot to add a fry to my child meal. We asked for it and got the 3rd degree like we were not being g honest. I well not be going to this location again.b

I didnt receive what I ordered, called and explained to the little girl I didn't get my order she said come back. No way! With gas prices we will not go all the way back, it was an app order refund the money for the error. I seriously hate this location, they need some adults running the show and only have ignorant little kids. You do not argue with a customer that isn't being rude, do not argue with customers period.

I said a plain burger at least 3 times and at the very end said it again to get no response back...after waiting in line FOREVER to get that oder taken to then wait FOREVER TO get rhe order and it to be wrong....I will NEVER be back to this location also the way the drive through itself is set up is like a half round about so there's no getting out once in line, also the way its set up is so dumb and you can not hit a curb....again I will NOT be back to this location....also did I say after waiting damn near an HOUR my food was WRONG.

Worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. They should be shut down. They have me cold fries, a burger that was microwaved so much it was scalding hot and a pecan made slide with the chocolate that hardens into a shell instead of hot fudge as if I wouldnt know the difference. We were missing items we had to ask for and the kids that were working there were horse playing the entire time. Do yourself a favor and dont go to this one if you want real service.
