Such a horrible experience I had to share with the rest couldn't leave no star or negative otherwise I would have we waited in line for more than 30 mins paid over $6 for the protein bowl and got what is below 2 little specks of lettuce and the service was horrible not once did they apologize for the car sitting at the window in front of us for more than 20 mins and then they handed us 1 little bag for almost $20 in food and got annoyed when we told them that it wasn't our whole order only to get a second bag and have it look like below too much money for this horrible of an experience

Horrible...just plain horrible. Everything was make as cheaply as possible. Prices increased and quality decreased. Is this a "new normal"?

The employees are always busy either preparing food or cleaning the dining room. The food is always fresh and always hot. The only problem we have is there isn't ever any pepper. And sometimes no salt. And also they were out of the tortillas to make the Mexican pizzas with and the cheese chalupa shells. Other than that though they went out of their way to help us get what we wanted

Placed an order, got home & order wasn't right. Went back to tell them today & they wouldn't replace it. Even showed them on my phone where I called 5x & nobody answered. All the guy said was "Idk what they do at night. I answer the phone when I'm here." Won't be going back. Can't get a simple order right, won't answer the phone then get a nasty attitude on top of it all. Definitely need more customer service training at this location.

9pm on a Friday, lobby was closed and I waited 20 mins in drive thru line til I was able to order. If it wasn't for the Taco Pizza coming back, I would've not been there.

Was super disappointed with this visit normal we go this Taco Bell and always have great food. This time was out most things and food wasn't very well made and not made right.

Could not believe how dirty the prep line was. 5 boxes sitting on counter and 2 opened sleeves of bags. In my pintos and cheese found a pasta, straw shaped looking thing. Threw them out. Rice had several hard ,uncooked?, pieces in it. Very disappointed. Also. No one was there to take our order. After waiting , had to raise my voice to get someone's attention. Was paying cash, so couldn't use kiosk. I love Taco Bell, just not this location on Blufton road. This location has been getting consistently worse.
