Wendy's

Chicken is OLD, fries were COLD, this was lunch rush time why should any food look like it has been sitting or food be cold? Asked for ketchup, yes was in drive thru and never got any. Nor the receipt was NOT in my bag. This store has gone down hill in the quality of food. Thought I would give a LAST try since before the food was COLD, and the bag that was handed to me was used for the list of items that needed stocked, which I pointed out and the drive thru just laughed. Sad!

Unfortunately all of us have struggled these last 2 years. Especially with finding employees that are excited to work. And it's hard to be excited to work when the world is the way it is right now. So it's a catch-22. But when you are working please don't forget that the reason you're able to work is because of the consumer. The lobby was closed and there was no sign stating it was closed. There was a door open so I went through it to try to order. I asked the lady behind the counter if the counter was open she continued to ask her manager and the manager snapback real fast saying no. I drive a big truck that will not fit through the drive-thru unfortunately this is true all around town. When I have to clock out for lunch I have to stay there for a half an hour. I would not have minded eating in my truck. Next time please update your website. Thank you.

This is a wonderful Wendy’s. The restaurant was clean and all of the staff was terrifically nice. The food was hot and great. Shannon was our cashier and the person who gave us our food and she was such a nice woman! I haven’t seen someone at a restaurant who was so caring and efficient. I wish there were more Shannon’s at other restaurants. I will definitely be returning. In the mean time, give Shannon a raise for being an amazing employee!
