The cashier was awesome, but it took a while to get our food, they kept forgetting what was on our order as well. They seemed extremely disorganized. The girl that was making the breakfast sandwiches had a major attitude, and they ran out of regular coffee with 3 coffee pots! They seemed upset that they had to make more and the customer after us was very upset. Doubt we will return to this location :(

The food was good but the customer service not so much. Was not even asked if my order was to go or not, so I ended up eating my sandwich from the bag it came in. The manager at the time I was there just seemed like she didn't really want to be there, which can be understandable in food service but you're not supposed to show it. Also, most of the tables in the lobby did not have napkins even though it was only a few hours after they opened. There was a family there that was already present when I arrived and apparently they completely forgot about their dine-in order (it was not busy). First and last time going to this location.

First time there & it will be my last. Ordered breakfast sandwiches & donuts. Received part of our order & it seemed that they forgot the rest of our order & drinks to help other customers. They helped 3 different customers that came after us when I reminded them that I was still waiting for half my order that I had paid for. They looked at us as if we were bothering them. Bad customer service, bad attitudes, never go there again. It wasn't even busy, when we arrived there was only one customer there.. This was on 10/18/16 at 8am...

I love Tim Hortons food & donuts! Visit Tim Hortons at least 3 to 4x a week for breakfast! But the customer service at this location is horrible! It’s close by where I live and it would be so convenient for me to go this location but I don’t every time Never fails they mess up on my order or just the customer service just stinks!! Hopefully they see this review and do something with the employees and revamp either management or something because this location is a very popular spot!

Was not impressed with how Time Horton's in general rolled out their "refill cup". Their flirt was really vague and no one was on the same page at any of the locations. Really frustrating to purchase a refill cup being told one thing and every location had different theories on what could and could not be filled in it. I feel like the terms changed after I made the purchase. Not cool at all.

THIS PLACE SUCKS OUT LOUD. The only saving grace is that when you are lucky enough to finally get the correct food it is pretty good. Unfortunately it's a long, strange trip from the point of ordering to the point of paying the correct amount for the correct food. This happens to me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I come here. I'm a patient, amiable guy, but good lord.

Not the best example of a Tim Hortons. Service and foods availability can be good or very poor depending on the day. For example, once I came in about 45 minutes after opening and they told me they still hadn't made croissants.
