P.f. Chang's

We had an absolute beautiful evening at the Ft Wayne, IN location of PF Changs from start to finish! The service was impeccable with our server, Tiffany! She was fun and very personable. We were so impressed with the fresh steams vegetables, the presentation of the meal and the quality of the kids meal! The banana dessert was an experience all itself! Coming from a family in restaurant management I give this location a 10/10 for costumer service, quality and friendliness! Thank you all and keep up the great work! See you soon!!

Was excited to see P.F. Chang's come to Fort Wayne a few years ago. We finally made it there tonight. We love Chinese cuisine and have a couple favorites already, but decided to try PFC's this time. It was louder than I anticipated, but it wasn't a show stopper. After looking the menu over for a bit I chose the Crispy Honey Chicken and fried rice. We also got shrimp dumplings and won tons. I took one bite of the chicken and started coughing. The vinegar was extremely overpowering! I took another bite and tried real hard not to inhale, but it didn't work. It took my breath away again. I had my wife try it and the same thing happened to her. I simply couldn't eat it. I asked for sweet and sour sauce to try to make it edible and it sort of worked. I didn't taste any sweetness whatsoever from any Honey. It was really bad. They offered to replace it, but that's not how I operate. I simply tried to mask it with sweet and sour. The rest of the food was average at best and we decided we would only go back if there was a family gathering taking place there.

Sitting at the bar where I was directed with menu. It's been 15 minutes and still waiting to put in an order... its not busy. I have the order in; he was very pleasant. Hoping the food is a good as it is in Omaha NE. LoMein is dry and well tasteless, the crab wanton are KK. Beef with Broccoli was good. For the price, I do not see me coming back.

Our experience wasn’t very good. The floor underneath our table was extremely wet to the point that our feet were sliding underneath the table. The server gave us wet straws that had been soaking in her tray. I didn’t understand how she couldn’t feel how soaked they were when she placed them on our table. Upon our request we moved to another table and got new straws. The food was good. The server was very helpful with our menu selection. The bathroom trash can was full and the toilet seat cover dispenser was empty.

I previously left a bad review for this restaurant. We went into this location hoping for a great dining experience, but we were not satisfied...the first time. This time we had a wonderful time. Tiffany was a wonderful server, funny, a bit quirky but very attentive and courteous. The food was amazing, we tried the sushi, the soups, sesame chicken, dumplings, and the list goes on. The desserts were fantastic! The portion sizes were very generous, and the food tasted as if it had been prepared with fresh ingredients and not as if they were thawed from frozen. Brittany, the head manager, was great with checking on us and we even saw her busting tables right along with her staff. All in all, they really brought their "A" game tonight. Thank you for inviting us back to give you another chance.
