Dairy Queen

Came in at the end of the night and was treated with so much respect. Roberta and her team were awesome. They will surely be missed by the folks who frequent dairy queen in this area. Sad to see you guys go. I had the honor of being the last customer served at this establishment! And boy was it delicious. Hope to see you guys open up a new store close by! Thanks!!

I have lowered my rating because of the following: 1. I go through the drive thru, my balance is $5.74. I hand the employee a $5 gift card and a dollar bill. What do they return to me? A gift card with $0.26 on it. I didn't think I needed to explain how the transaction should have gone. (They looked confused when when I asked about it) 2. I ordered a chicken basket and a chicken and biscuit basket. I got no fries with one and no Texas toast with the other. Its not the first time I've paid for items I haven't received, but this is getting annoying.

Worst service of any fast food place in Fort Wayne. I waited 20 minutes for my food, and when I got it, it was cold!!! I was handed the wrong change was well. I couldn't wait for them to fix my food because I was going to be late for work, so I just got my refund. Definitely do not recomm6 going here. Worth the drive to go to another location even though this is right next to me!

My app wouldn't work properly so that my mobile order would go through. The young man at the counter messed up my order and his trainer was incredibly rude to him infront of us. They didn't sterilize the table that had been used when we walked in and we saw another group go straight to the table we were sitting at and we knew it hadn't been wiped down yet.

Cashier was extremely rude. Then have me the wrong item. When I told her about it I said I would pay the difference that it was no big deal but I wanted to pay for it with cash. The first 11$i spent on my debit card. She told me I had to use my card again. Again told her I would pay with cash and never got the correct thing I ordered the first time around and got stuck paying for something that won’t get used never once asked if there was something else I would like for the sale price or anything at all wouldn’t even let me purchase what I had ordered to begin with. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have what I ordered I had no problem paying the extra $1.09 difference nor did I have a problem purchasing the whole item again with cash. I just did not want to use my card on separate transactions. Any way needless to say the “shift leader” Needs a few classes on customer service, hospitality, even some general manners and respect would go a long way. This by far has been my worse dq visit and I go to several multiple times a week for food and Ice cream. Well I’m still without my ice cream. I will never return to thoa one again nor recommend it to anyone. Worse experience and service ever. With no acknowledgment of her mess up or even try to fix it OR EVEN SELL ME ONE AFTER THE FACT SMH like WOW lazy lady

The food is good and the speed of orders for me were phenomenal. The hours need updated though. I came in 2 minutes before close because I thought they closed at 10, turns out they close at 930. The cashier said she couldn't decline my order, but complained the whole time to her co-worker about how rude people show up last minute. The whole time while I was waiting for my order.
