The nachos were very tasty and filling, but I would have liked more veggies to balance out the meat and beans. The service was excellent.

The mojo pork and cocktails are excellent! Still a hidden gem Downtown Fort Wayne but won’t be for long!

Such a cute little spot downtown! Food was “okay”. Only heard nothing but great about it so our family wanted to try it. Kind of disappointed. The service took a LONG time. I get it small spot, not a ton of employees working. Bartender took care of us. Positive attitude and vibe. Just really slow. Took maybe 10 minutes to order our drinks. Finally got to get our order in 20 minutes after that. Then finally got our food maybe 30 minutes after putting the order in. Prices were a little high but we do love supporting local. Probably won’t be back for awhile. I get it I’m younger and more forgiving. It’s my parents who are older and just never want to try again. Other tables seemed a little impatient as well.

Restaurant review
I would like to preface my review to say I have never been to Cuba so I can't compare the sandwiches to the most authentic experience. I had been itching to try these sandwiches for a while as it is a unique ethnic restaurant located in a town with limited ethnic food choices. We found parking at a local garage although we likely could have found a street parking spot as well. The restaurant itself was large and had a bar area as well. For the deluxe sandwiches, 14 dollars is quite steep for lunch, but the portions are large. I can't say that I was super impressed by the flavoring of the Cubano sandwich, but again I don't have anything to compare it to. I also had a side of the yucca which were tasty and felt healthier than simple fries. They were nice enough to split a sandwich for the kids, but that also came with a plate splitting fee as well, however I felt they did get a little more side of fries than if we just ordered one. It's a unique experience and I will let you decide if you like it.

Delicious. Great service. Great atmosphere. One of Fort Wayne’s best. I think all the sandwiches are worth a try. The prices are reasonable and they gave me a military discount.
One area to improve on is to put some pictures on the menu. I didn’t know what any of the stuff on the menu was. There is a written description of each dish but a picture would have helped. I relied a lot on the server who was great at describing everything.
