Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was great. Service was fast. Everything was clean and tidy. However, as someone whom pays with cash, your "must use exact charge or credit card" sign hanging on the door will make me think twice before returning. You're a business in 2022. People still use cash. I'm not asking for something unreasonable. So because of this you lost a star and possibly a customer. Only time will tell.

Wasn’t going to leave a review on my already poor experience until I bit into a piece of plastic in my burrito. Looks to be the corner of a plastic bag. I normally have a great experience at this location but today one of the workers tore a hole in my burrito thinking I didn’t notice. I didn’t say anything because they were busy. I get it. I barley got any cheese on either of my burritos because the container was empty. Again, I get it but the worker got new cheese out for the person behind me & it took him two seconds. Once I got to the register I asked for chips & hot salsa. The worker gave me pico so I kindly asked for the correct salsa and was met with an attitude. No apologies for the simple mistake. I’ve worked in food. I understand it’s stressful & you’re not paid nearly enough but it’s very clear no one working there today cared about their jobs or how the restaurant was operating. I hate to complain but a manager definitely needs to be made aware of how this place is running when (I’m assuming) they aren’t there.
