After encountering a technical issue with McDonald’s mobile app I was forced to go inside to present my code so the staff could have my order information. The payment went through. I received an emailed receipt, and a pending transaction posted to my checking account along with receipt within the app- the manager Edith was listening to the entire conversation I had with her staff and didn’t offer to help. Finally, I asked Edith for assistance and her most helpful reply was to tell my bank to give me the money back. Not a mention of let’s see what’s wrong here or let’s cancel it and start over. NEVER Again will I go back to this place.TERRIBLE Customer Service

They have workers outside taking orders. No one knows what u ordered so they ask for your receipt. Seems like they r messing up orders. At least 2 other cars had to go back to get the correct order. I was given the wrong order. They had my receipt and didn't give me the correct order but threw my receipt away.

I have to say this is the most consistent McDonald’s I go to. They always have my order correct, the food always fresh, and the workers do their job here without attitude I love it.
Anytime I ride by and I need a quick meal I can depend on them. They also have Covid guidelines and restrictions to make sure you get your food safely and take it seriously so this is a big bonus!

Fries could've been cooked longer, my quarter pounder was hot and cooked properly. My sprite was way too strong, the mix is definitely not right but I'll come back. It's hard to find a McDonald's who gives you hot fries and hot burgers!

Food is usually on point, but there never seen to be enough people here to meet demand. There's always a line out the door and every other customer has some issue with an order (usually something that doesn't necessitate delaying the rest of the line), which causes the cashier and everyone else behind the register to stop progress with the line waiting and deal with it. This place needs whoever is managing each shift to be more reactive to problematic customers so that the cashiers can keep other customers moving.

I was picking up a door dash order for ten mins the girl just ignored me while clearly seeing me at the window. Still ignored the hack out of me. When she came an acknowledge me it was with attitude. If you don't wanna work stay home.
