Midway Cafe

To start, the menu was tattered, torn, faded type, and food stained. The ribeye sandwich I ordered w/chips was smaller than I expected. The chips were flavorless(needed salt). The meat had little flavor. Knowing it comes from a local meat market made it seem like it would have great flavor. My wife had a burger. Again, no flavor. The waitress was very nice. This was our first and last time here.

This cafe is not family friendly. We had our 1 yr old with us and they did not have a highchair or booster seat for us to use. We had to go back out to the car to get our stroller. Also no kids menu that we saw. We got 20 wings. They were $34! We got parmesan garlic and BBQ. The parmesan garlic was dry as could be, no sauce. The bbq sauce itself was the best part of the meal. I would not recommend this place for good wings. We would much prefer knuk n futz! We also got the cincy pig burger with fries which was decent, nothing I would come back for.

My wife brought me here and I was super impressed. We shared a burger and some wings and they were fantastic. Also the bacon cheese fries were killer with the burger. Great selection of beers. Great music. MTV Classic was on one of the TVs and it was playing old school music videos. Very cool. Would definitely recommend.
