Chicken was great service was goog the mashed potatoes were gross cause they were instant but everything else was great

Mashed potatoes and gravy along with soda were great. The chicken on the other hand was soggy and looked like they bounced it off the ceiling a few times because all the CRISPY stuff was falling off. Not a good visit by far. Two stars because staff was pleasant.

They advertise their chicken sandwich as made to order, but it is the opposite. I asked when placing the order if I could get it made to order but I read it would be hot and fresh. It was hard and stale so we went inside to get a new sandwich. I was told by the manage that they had just dropped some, not one but some. Inside they have a sign that clearly states fresh.

The chicken sandwich is the bomb!! Daughter tried the veggie nuggets, and wasn't very impressed. The fries however, WOW!!

A girl in a red Northside hoodie just looked at me and ignored me when I tried to get her to help me. She had her wireless headset in I tried to bring it to the guys attention in the strip short but he just ignored me too.

I previously reviewed the chicken sandwich as the best I have had in town, unfortunately I am changing my mind after the one I received from this location 2 days ago. It was so crunchy and hard that 90 percent of it was inedible
I also ordered the 6 count of wings and they also were nasty tasting
I'm very disappointed 😞.
