service is fine, but the food is NOT good quality. burgers weren’t even warm. they had no flavour at all. i don’t expect a lot from fast food places, (especially when in most cases workers are underpaid and overworked) but this was definitely low quality. most tables were left with old crumbs and drink stains too.. was not worth my money, didn’t even finish my food. i’m not one to complain to the employees themselves and give them a hard time though so i just left. i won’t be returning.

Ordered spicy whopper melt got the onion melt, took BK and they wanted to question me about the food I had receipt in hand and they insisted there was jalapenos on it , there wasn't so they wanted to argue more and tell me not to get rude! So I told them if they didn't want to remake the food just to put it BK on my card and they still wanted to question my food. The worst service I've ever had. I eat out on a daily and I'll never step foot BK in this place at night. Will b up there to talk to day management first thing in the morning. The staff needs to be replaced or shut that place down 👇👇👇

Oh my, I have eaten at all the restaurants in fort smith and van buren and let me tell you these guys have the best burgers hands down. (For fast food)

Very horrible customer service! Older lady that works in the am is very rude and hasty. She talks to you like she is superior! Will not be going to this location EVER again! Didn't even complete my order today and I left!

Food was good and fries were fresh only thing was it took over 20 mins to get the food

Waited 10 minutes behind 2 vehicles, waited another 5 at the speaker only to have no one take my order. Drove around to find no one in the drive thru after waiting another 2 minutes. If you only have 2 employees working please just close the store.

Food was good. Staff were very polite and pleasant. The inside was fairly outdated and it gave it a run down feel. Other than that it wasn't bad.
