McDonald is just trash. They have the rudest staff I've ever dealt with. Something is always missing when you go through the drive through. They refuse to give you and extra sauces and they never have or will offer s military discount. McDonald's is a trash company!!

Now I like McDonald's, not love and it definitely isn't my first choice of fast food. However, every time I order from this location, something is always wrong with my order. One time I ordered chicken nuggets at like 10 p.m. and they were as hard as a rock. Their hamburgers are somewhat dry as well. Their milkshakes and Frappes are great though!

The McDonald's in Fort Smith, Arkansas on Zero street is one of the worst at making your food correctly. Everytime I order a double HAMBURGER ketchup only for my daughter it has cheese on it and not only did this happen but tonight I didn't even receive my full order. This definitely wouldn't be the first time it has happened and if my children didn't love you're food so much I wouldn't be back. I always call to talk to a manager before coming up to have my order fixed however nobody ever answers the phone. Oh and did I mention we place a order with you atleast 3x a week and spend anywhere from 30.00 to 40.00. I would like to receive my order correctly.

My visit was terrible, but at the time what is expected at McDonalds. Over the years their customer service has really declined. The person taking my order did know what was on their new steakhouse burger, did not even try to find out for me. I waited 4 minutes at the first window for the same person to take my money, then was handed cold fries, I immediately informed the person at the window I needed hot or at least warm fries, he looked shocked, while waiting for my hot fries I found out I only received 9 Nuggets in my 10 piece order. After also 10 minutes I went in to see about 7 couples waiting for their food, I asked for a refund because I did not see any fries in the fryer.

McDonald's is one of those places where you can go to get basically the same food from coast to coast. And the coffee is consistently good. Even at McDonald's in other countries like the Philippines where you will find local cuisine on the menu, it's still good. Some of them in the United States offer any size drink for 99¢. It makes stopping by for coffee better.

As much as I don't care for Micky D's corporate political views, you can't argue with the fact that some of their menu items are pretty good. And their coffee is strong enough to etch glass (just kidding) and strong is how I like it. If you drive as much as I do then it's a welcome sight when you are sleepy.

Food was really good and excellent service. I like how this McDonald's inside Walmart just recently got remodeled and has a nice look to it.

Well I like McDonald's but I don't care for their special sauce and many times I did forget to tell him I want to muster on my hamburger. The restaurant always seem to be nice and clean and the staff was very nice and considerate. I would recommend McDonald's but I like Burger King better though, LOL.
