Just again so so slow in the drive through I’ve waited 20 min in the drive thru line again this is a reoccurring pattern cake pop was completely melted not good customer service don’t come here

The store on Phoenix ave in Ft . Smith has horrible Customer service! They focus on drive thru while the lobby waits forever on orders!

15 minutes BEFORE they closed they told me they were already closed. Either really close at 9 or change your hours.

In the last week, they have taken my money then forgotten to make my order & also completely forgotten my food order! I go here all the time but seems that one barista in particular (The older woman) is always making mistakes and always has excuses for them instead of apologizing! Not very friendly either.

Good coffee, it was fresh and very fast service. The store was clean and welcoming, the employees were friendly and polite. They had lots of choices and everything we ordered was correct and delicious.we will be going back for another visit real soon.

Service was great. No outside sign showing me that it was inside the Target store. I think if there was then their business would increase. I almost left but asked a Target employee and he had said he gets asked that a lot.
