The ice cream and burgers are really good. But...
With so many younger teens working, I'm seeing that it is difficult for management to make sure every one of them focuses on learning etiquette between them and customers, presentation of product, and representing a brand. They aren't terrible, they're just teenagers.
There's a clear difference between hiring extra hands and bringing on the next generation of the workforce to shape and prepare for adulthood.

Love the Braum's cookies and cream ice cream. Usually it's perfect, but it had some melting on the inside around the sides of my cup and melted a little faster than usual. Double dip cookies and cream in a cup is my go to drive thru order. It was a very hot day, so maybe that was a factor.
Also, I decided to order a few groceries through the Braum's app. Painless and cost efficient! Ordered a jug of fruit punch, individual cups of strawberry ice cream, pepperoni, salami and turkey sliced meat and an 8lb bag of ice for $21.00! Perfect finishing touch for a small birthday gathering and they brought it to my car! App is 10/10!

Went to grab some lunch. My burger was over cooked and cold at the same time and my fries had to much salt. The cheese on the burger was crusty on the edges. By far the worst meal I’ve ever bought here.

Braums is a southern classic. This location has always been a winner for my family. My husband and I LOVE their seasonal icecream flavors. Their sandwiches are always delicious! The veggies they use are prepared fresh and the fries have always been hot. The employees are fast, courteous and ready to help. The atmosphere is very family friendly and a cool part is that you can get a bit of grocery shopping done after you eat! Their little store is super convenient and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend trying their milk! They have their own dairy! They stay open late too which I love because we are big late night snackers. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who has never been.

Today ordered malt with extra malted after drivining away then trying, barely any malted in it. The twist cone was really soft like the yogurt wasn't setting right. Was pulled forward for malt and shake, took almost 15 minutes fire them too bring that order out (230 pm). Was a disappointing visit today.

Very dirty! I understand they were very busy and probably understaffed but cleanliness is a must! The floor, the drink area, the seating, walls were all disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

They don't have much in concession stand drinks chips only I think. They do have a snack stand at putt putt golf area. Really good snacks.

Got a free ice cream cone last time I sat in the lobby, must've been a canceled order. I've been coming here since I was a kid, and it's the only braums I've ever really gone to. Great service
