Firehouse Subs

Firehouse Subs always seems to impress me with there amazing staff and great food! Always affordable. Even better when you have the app downloaded for points! Today I had a Steak and Chesee Sub chips and a drink. And the food is always so fresh never received anything old or cold!!!! Thank you firehouse for always performing up and above standards

The service was good staff friendly. We placed an online order for pick up. I just wish they would read instructions better. Most of my order was correct except 1 item for someone who's rather a picky eater. She refused to eat her dinner because there was a pickle in her sandwich when we had instructed no pickle for hers

I usually love Firehouse, but my experience the other day was not very good. I paid for a hero that had basically all ham on it(I DIDNT ask for only ham, I was expecting the other meats like any other customer). The meat was crunchy and hard to chew…… and the bread was soggy because they doused it with mustard. I basically had a wet ham and mustard sub which is not what I ordered! Whoever worked on June 1st needs to make sure they’re doing the sandwiches correctly. Because I feel like I was scammed. The manager needs to do better training. Very disappointing

Supposedly, the manager took our order, and we were not asked if we wanted wheat or white bread. When my mother-in-law called to complain, she was gotten smart with. The manager called back and claimed she took the order, but she didn't, and our order was not right. Our pickle was just lying in the box, not in a bag! I am sorry to say that I would not recommend this firehouse!

I placed our online order of 2 sub's at 3:05pm. The ready for pickup time stated 3:25pm. I walked into the building at 3:15pm and the order had been done, not sure how long. It took me 6 minutes minutes to get home. I was home before the pickup time and my meatball sub was lukewarm. This really isn't a big deal, I just think if the subs had sat there for 20 minutes, it really would have been cold. Food was great which is why it gets 4 stars.
